The included features of this service are:
- Coherence Zendesk for support on your Coherence configured Zendesk
- 1 to 2 hours per month* of configuration implementation changes/enhancements
- Quarterly Health Check & 1hr telephone review sessions
- Membership of Coherence's Clients Only Zendesk Forum, including news bulletins
Note: * Depends of configuration package level. Time can be rolled over months within the support year.
Annual Zendesk support can also be aggregated with other Coherence supported SaaS applications to offer even more value and cost predictably.
